How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do we know if the product works?
Quantum Intelligence is a new product hence we will require time to collect data to prove its effectiveness. However, one of the main skills we cover in Quantum is Financial Literacy. MoneyTree has produced its own financial literacy lessons and deployed its gamification method to teach kids money management over 13 years. The program has been tested on more than 100k students, across 5 countries. It has proven to increase the level of financial literacy for kids aged between 9-16. This is proven by an annual assessment which Maybank contractually requires MoneyTree to test and measure its efficacy. Since the Quantum app is developed using the same standards and benchmarks used for our content development and gamification methodology & given that financial concepts are more complex for kids than skills on accelerated learning and joyfulness, we are confident that the results will not be far different from what we have witnessed with Financial Literacy over the past 11 years.

Does Quantum come with a trial period?
No, there is no trial offered to a Quantum customer. However, we do offer a 10-day refund period. If a customer chooses to request for a refund within 10 days from purchase, we will inform the payment gateway to reverse the charge.

How do you measure if Quantum is effective and improves kids on the 3 skills?
In all our lessons, we have MCQs which test kids on their mastery of the concepts taught in the lessons. The score they acquire helps determine their understanding and mastery of the concepts. Because kids are not taught these 3 skills in schools, any mastery level acquired from Quantum, represents an improvement from the zero mastery level that the kids currently have.

How are the lessons structured and delivered?
Lessons are structured into micro-sized lessons where a child slide between lesson slides. These slides can be an image or a video. Between these slides, kids will be tested with MCQs. These MCQs will award the child with points for the correct answers. This is designed to make learning fun for kids.

Parents or prospects discussing about price being an issue
There is a need to emphasize that our product reduces the risk that a child will break down emotionally, which can lead to depression. Depression is a serious issue and can be fatal like any chronic illness. Parents are UNLIKELY to discuss price when a potential solution is meant for a fatal issue as they understand the grave value such solution may offer.

Are the courses suitable for children of different ages and skill levels?
The skills covered in Quantum Intelligence are NOT covered in schools. Hence, all children, regardless of age, are coming to our courses with zero knowledge on our subject matters. To accommodate different language mastery, which is typically correlated with age level, we will provide two variants for each lesson. Each variant is designed for different language mastery level.

Can parents track their child's progress and performance?
Yes, parents are given a separate mobile application where they can track the questions a child has answered as well as their scores for each of the skills

Has the product price been compared against the income level of most emerging countries to ensure that it is affordable to the average population?
Yes, the base package of Quantum is USD188 with lifetime access to the purchase content. Such price is considered highly competitive to most enrichment programs that parents enroll their children to.

Do resellers get a trial version of the app?
Yes, resellers will be given a trial account to experience the Quantum product. However, we recommend that resellers use the marketing video to explain the product as the video has been optimized to communicate the value & features of the product concisely & persuasively.

What kind of Marketing Support is provided by MoneyTree for all Quantum Distributors?
MoneyTree is committed to investing & rolling out initiatives aimed at raising the public’s awareness to the problems Quantum is designed to solve. MoneyTree will also invest to raise the product’s profile and position among the audience. Quantum Distributors are still expected to invest their own efforts in raising their personal position & approaching prospects to purchase or re-distribute the Quantum product.

Kids are spending a whole lot of time on devices, will Quantum contribute to the problem?
Kids are already spending time on devices, Quantum’s aim is to have kids spend more of that time on learning new skills to future-ready themselves. Most importantly, Quantum is designed as a solution to solve threats which are far more serious. To date, the only solution that exists is Quantum and we believe that delivery of such a solution through a mobile app is most optimal.
